GRAPHIC DESIGNER / CONTENT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
– CONTRACT POSITION
NEOPOLLARD INTERACTIVE
60 hours per month, contract through December 31 with potential for full-time. This position is remote; however working on a MST or EST schedule is required.

While this is a fully online position, NeoPollard Interactive (NPi) is headquartered in Lansing, Michigan. We hire great people and are currently looking to have a freelance Graphic Designer join our team who can also help with some content management.
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a creative designer who is captivated by a challenge and excited by the opportunity to create visual assets that can convince a customer to take action.
You would be responsible for creating visuals to support online play, marketing campaigns, and a variety of corporate initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
· Download and collect visual assets from game providers
· Produce and re-size 20-30 pieces of creative per week to specific specs
· Update AirTable with processed assets - including game backgrounds and tiles
· Create new game content in dotCMS, inputting game data from AirTable
· Enabling games in UAT when approved followed by testing for successful game loading then reporting back on results
· Push the games to PROD when Games team is done with UAT testing - test that games are loading and report back
· Update Featured Game areas on the website
· Understand and memorize each brand’s guidelines, tone, POV and any restrictions and then seamlessly translate them into powerful creative
· Virtually attend weekly meetings with the Marketing & Creative teams where you’ll be expected to share feedback and contribute to discussions
SKILLS:
· You like to plan ahead, prioritize work and manage your time in order to meet strict deadlines
· Must be creative and imaginative when working with new designs
· You ensure all work is completed accurately to meet quality standards
· Extremely well organized
· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
· You love to work independently, but can jump in to collaborate with cross-functional teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2 or more years of graphic design and content management
· Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
· Comfortable with the MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
· Previous experience working remotely a plus
· Knowledge of HTML5 and content management tools like dotCMS
LOCATION & HOURS:
· This position is remote; however working on a MST or EST schedule is required.
· 60 hours per month, with the possibility of more hours being added
· This is a contract position through December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension/ full-time employment for the right candidate
